Having your name, address, phone number, email, a brief description of the issue, and information about your HVAC system (if known) will help us respond most efficiently. For existing customers, your account number is helpful but not required.

Yes, an adult (18+) needs to be present during service appointments. Our technicians will call 30 minutes before arrival, so you'll know exactly when to expect them. We provide a 2-hour appointment window to respect your time.

We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule without a fee. For same-day rescheduling, a small fee may apply unless you're on our Silver or Gold Comfort Plan, which includes no-fee rescheduling.

We serve all of Los Angeles County and within a 50-mile radius, including Orange County, Ventura County, and San Bernardino County. The only exceptions are mountain areas above 7,000 ft elevation and remote island locations.
